By accessing and using StartApp ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to accept and comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should not use our platform.

2. Services Provided

StartApp provides a digital platform that allows businesses to launch websites and mobile applications. We offer various subscription plans and add-on services as detailed on our Pricing page.

3. Account & Registration

To use our services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

• Fees: You agree to pay all applicable fees related to your use of the Services.
• Billing: All plans are billed monthly, in advance — there are no annual subscriptions. Some plans include a one-time setup fee, and on the Mobile App and Bundle plans the app's monthly fee begins only once your app is live on the stores. Both are itemized on our Pricing page and at checkout.
• Renewals & Cancellation: Your monthly subscription renews automatically each period until you cancel. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard and keep access until the end of your current billing period, with no cancellation fee. Refunds, including our 14-day money-back guarantee, are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all content (text, images, logos) you upload to the platform. By uploading content, you grant StartApp a license to use, display, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you and your customers.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users of the Services, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall StartApp be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
