Getting Started

How long does setup take?+

Most businesses are live in under 10 minutes. Simply pick your template, customize your branding (logo, colors, content), and publish. No technical knowledge required.

Do I need technical skills?+

Absolutely not. If you can use email or social media, you can use StartApp. Everything is visual, drag-and-drop, and designed for non-technical business owners.

Can I migrate from another platform?+

Yes! We offer free migration assistance. Our team can help you import your menu items, customer data, and content from platforms like Square, Wix, Shopify, and others.

Pricing

Can I cancel anytime?+

Yes, absolutely. There are no long-term contracts. Cancel anytime directly from your dashboard, and you'll retain access until the end of your billing period. No cancellation fees.

Are there any hidden fees?+

No hidden fees. You only pay the setup fee (one-time) and monthly subscription. The only additional costs are standard payment processing fees from Stripe/PayPal (typically 2.9% + €0.30 per transaction), which go directly to them, not us.

What happens if I want to upgrade or downgrade?+

You can change your plan anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. It's completely flexible.

Technical

How do payments work?+

You connect your own Stripe or PayPal business account. Payments go directly to you—we never touch your money. You're in full control, with complete transparency and no delays.

Can I use my own domain?+

Yes! You can either connect an existing domain (like yourbusiness.com) or register a new one through us. We'll handle all the technical setup for you.

What about mobile apps—iOS and Android?+

Your branded app works on both iOS (App Store) and Android (Google Play). We handle the technical submission and updates. You just focus on your customers.

Support

What support do you offer?+

All plans include email and chat support. Premium plans get priority response and phone support. We also maintain extensive documentation and video tutorials to help you get the most out of the platform.

What happens to my data if I leave?+

You own your data, always. Export your customer list, order history, menus, and content anytime in standard formats (CSV, JSON). No vendor lock-in.
