1. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your StartApp subscription at any time. If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. After the current billing period ends, your account will not be charged again.
2. Refund Eligibility
- Monthly Subscriptions: All initial subscriptions are covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you cancel within 14 days of your first signup, you receive a full refund of the subscription fee (minus the setup fee). After 14 days, monthly payments are non-refundable. You retain access until the end of your billing period.
- Annual Subscriptions: Annual subscriptions are also covered by the 14-day money-back guarantee. After 14 days, you may receive a prorated refund for unused full months, minus a two-month early cancellation fee.
- Setup Fee: The one-time setup fee (€19.99) is non-refundable as it covers the immediate costs of provisioning your environment.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@startapp.solutions with your account details and the reason for your request. We review all requests on a case-by-case basis.
4. Processing Time
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
