Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your StartApp subscription at any time. If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. After the current billing period ends, your account will not be charged again.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Monthly Subscriptions: Generally, payments for monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. If you cancel, you will not receive a refund for the current month's fee.
  • Annual Subscriptions: If you cancel an annual subscription within the first 14 days, you may be eligible for a full refund. After 14 days, refunds are prorated based on the unused months, subject to a cancellation fee.
  • Setup Fees: The one-time setup fee (€19.99) is non-refundable as it covers the immediate costs of provisioning your environment.
  • App Store Publishing: The App Store publishing fee (€99) is non-refundable once the submission process to Apple or Google has begun.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at info@startapp.solutions with your account details and the reason for your request. We review all requests on a case-by-case basis.

4. Processing Time

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
