The Website plan has a small activation fee that covers provisioning your dedicated environment. App and Bundle plans pay a one-time App Setup fee instead — it covers retrieving your company ID (D-U-N-S), guiding you through your Apple and Google accounts (including two short calls with us), and building, submitting and publishing your app on both stores.
Only when your app is actually live. At checkout you pay just the one-time App Setup fee — your monthly app fee starts on the day your app goes live on the App Store or Google Play, whichever comes first, and we email you before the first charge. On the Bundle plan you pay only the website rate until your app is live.
Yes. Every plan includes one branch, and you can add more from your dashboard at any time for €10/month each, prorated from the day you add them. Each branch gets its own menu, opening hours, delivery zones, payments and staff. Removing a branch removes its charge with a prorated credit. If you're on the Mobile App plan and your app isn't live yet, branch charges only start on your go-live day — the same fair-billing rule as the plan itself.
Absolutely. You can upgrade at any time. Upgrading to a plan with the mobile app follows the same fair billing: you pay the one-time App Setup fee, and the higher app rate starts only when your app is live. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
No. All plans are billed monthly with no long-term commitment. You can cancel at any time and your service will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
A custom domain is optional. Without one, your site will be available on a free StartApp subdomain. If you want a branded web address (e.g., yourrestaurant.com), you can register one directly during checkout.
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. All transactions are processed securely.
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime but are non-refundable for the current period. The website activation fee is non-refundable as it covers immediate provisioning costs. The App Setup fee is refundable within 14 days as long as your store onboarding hasn't started — and if we ever fail to publish your app for reasons on our side, we refund it in full.
